Construction begins in Cheltenham conservation area

The contractor is on site and is making great progress on our Sydenham Road project which involves a large "hip to gable" loft conversion, single storey side extension, garage conversion and internal remodelling.

The existing internal walls have been demolished at ground floor and foundations have been excavated for the single storey rear extension.

The works will add a contemporary twist to the existing 1930's property. The existing hipped roof will be extended to form gables, with a sleek black metal clad dormer to the rear.
